Listings, counts, dates, award amounts, recompete estimates and other data are compiled automatically from government sources and may be incomplete, delayed, out of date or wrong. Notices change through amendments and cancellations that we may not capture. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Always confirm details, amendments and deadlines on the official notice at SAM.gov before relying on them.
AwardWatchdog is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SAM.gov, the General Services Administration (GSA), the Small Business Administration (SBA) or any other government agency.
Our pages and guides are general information. They are not legal, procurement, accounting or business advice, and using the Service does not create any professional relationship. The underlying government records are public. The site's design, text, guides, compilations and code are ours, and you may not copy them wholesale. Quoting short excerpts with a link back is fine.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AwardWatchdog and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, contracts, bids or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any information on it, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
If you misuse the Service or break these terms, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
