Corrections and Removal Requests

We want every page to be accurate. Our bid, award, company, ranking and recompete pages are built automatically from public U.S. government records (SAM.gov and USAspending.gov), and our comparison pages cite the sources and dates we checked. Mistakes still happen, in the source data or in how we process it. Requests are always free and never require buying anything, including a sponsorship or teaming listing.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the subject "Correction" and include:

• the page address (URL);
• what is wrong and what it should say; and
• a source if you have one (for example, the official SAM.gov notice, the USAspending.gov award page or your published price list).

If you are writing about your own company, please send from a company email address so we can confirm you represent it.

What we do

• We reply within 5 business days to confirm we got your request.
• If our processing caused the error, we fix it, usually within 5 business days, and note the correction date on the page when it changes a fact.
• If the error is in the government source record, we tell you how to have it corrected at the source (agencies correct award data in FPDS/USAspending and notices in SAM.gov). Meanwhile, we can add a note or hide the disputed item.
• Comparison pages: if a vendor shows us a current published price or feature, we update the page and the "checked" date.

Removal

Contract records are public, and we may keep accurate public records online. We will remove or hide a company page or item when it is inaccurate, when it exposes personal information (for example, a sole proprietor's home address), when the law requires it, or when keeping it would be unfair to a person. We never charge for removal.
