This policy covers AwardWatchdog's paid plans: Teaming Listings, Industry Sponsorships and Founding Sponsorships (each a "Plan"). It is part of our Terms of Service.

Prices are in US dollars. We do not currently charge sales tax; if that changes, any tax will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Your Plan renews automatically. When you subscribe, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the card or payment method you provide the monthly price shown at checkout, on the same day each month, until you cancel. The checkout page shows the price, the billing frequency and the date of your first charge before you confirm.
Plans may start with a free trial (currently 30 days). We collect a payment method at signup, but you are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your Plan converts to a paid monthly subscription and your card is charged the monthly price on the day the trial ends, and every month after that. We will email you a reminder at least 3 days (target: 7 days) before the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and you will never be charged.
Founding prices are locked for 12 months from your start date. After that, or if we ever change a price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies. You can cancel before then and you won't pay the new price.
You can cancel at any time, for any reason, either way:
When cancellation takes effect: your Plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then it ends. You won't be charged again. If you cancel during a free trial, the Plan ends when the trial ends and you are not charged.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
If we remove a listing or sponsorship because it breaks our Terms (for example, misleading claims or services that charge for things SAM.gov provides free), we may cancel the Plan without a refund for the current period.
If something looks wrong on your bill, email [email protected] first. We will try to fix it within 5 business days. Card statements show the charge as AWARDWATCHDOG.
A Plan buys visibility on awardwatchdog.com and in our digest. It does not guarantee any number of views, clicks, leads, teaming agreements, contract awards or revenue.
